Kamakshi Flex Prints, AhmedabadProvided consultancy for an industry building of ~2,00,000 sq.ft. for indoor environmental quality and daylighting optimization for industry building. We derived an optimum air changes (ACH) so that the solvent concentration in the building remained within threshold limits and not increase the cooling load. This was a challenging project as we had to understand the chemistry of solvents to provide inputs for HVAC design.
Parikrama, RanchiThe showcased building is a mixed-used commercial development of 4300 sq m built-up area aiming to achieve global standards (IGBC Green New Buildings Platinum Precertified). The project aims to reduce negative impacts and create a positive impact, on climate and natural environment.
The Retail Park, AhmedabadThe showcased building is a commercial development of a 1,21,000 sq m built-up which has achieved EDGE Certificate. The building houses roughly 900 shops and 14,000 sq m of entertainment facilities.The building showed exemplifying performance in the following areas: 24% Energy Savings, 53% Water Savings, 38% Less Embodied Energy in Materials
IIHS, BangalorePart of an energy efficiency project for a Library building at IIHS, Bangalore. This is a 5000 sq. mt. library building for which we provided climate, energy, daylighting, and thermal comfort analysis.
Hariom Towers, RanchiThe 13 storey multi family residential towers with an area of 17,250 sqm stood up to IGBC Platinum standards. The project achieved 30% reduction in LPD and is supported by 22kWp solar photovoltaic system. The project also uses eco-friendly refrigerant.
IIM, AhmedabadProvided consultancy for Concept Design Heat Gain Analysis for “New Married Students’ Housing Block, IIM-A New Campus, Ahmedabad. We were responsible for preparing thermal energy models for Existing (Final Drawings) and New Building (on Proposed Concept Plan). Client-specific metrics were presented that showcased the reduction in heat gain for the new design.
Light House Project, RajkotThe Light House Project at Rajkot is an affordable multi-family residential project by Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, India. The development has a built-up area of 56,000 sq. m. consisting of 1144 dwelling units. The project stood up to GRIHA standards by achieving 3-Stars rating. The project achieved a 30% reduction in LPD, a 20% reduction in water usage and is supported by a 43kWp solar photovoltaic system.
Nucleus City, RanchiThe 13 storey multi family residential towers with an area of 61,789 sqm stood up to IGBC Platinum standards. The project has four towers and achieved 30% reduction in LPD and is supported by 130kWp solar photovoltaic system. 90% of the regularly occupied spaces acheived daylight standards. The building has mixed space building flat typology 2BHK, 3 BHK and 4BHK.
